I used to chase criminals.
Now I chase patterns.

I’m a doctor.
Former detective.
New York resident by choice and by nervous system.

I read bodies the way I used to read crime scenes. Because this city leaves marks.

On the F train when your heart rate spikes for no reason.
On Seamless dinners eaten standing up at 10:47 pm.
On five iced coffees before noon and the lie we call “I’m fine.”
On Apple Watch notifications you silence because you don’t have time to feel weird today.

I see it everywhere.
In ER shifts that blur into mornings.
In founders who haven’t slept since their Series A.
In women who track calories but not exhaustion.
In men who call burnout “a phase.”

I’ve been documenting these cases for years.
Quietly. Precisely. Obsessively.

Symptoms as clues. Routines as suspects. Stress always walking free with a clean alibi.

But I’m done whispering. I’m taking these investigations public.

This is a detective series about the human body under pressure.
Not wellness. Not biohacking.
A daily inquiry into what actually breaks us in plain sight.

No villains.
Just timelines, contradictions, missed signals and inconvenient truths.

Every entry is a case file.
Every case is ongoing.
And if you live in a city that never shuts up, your body already knows this story.

This is a crime scene.
I’m opening the files.
